It has been an interesting spring to say the least.  We had a small window Monday to finally get some sweet corn planted.  Today, Mother Nature is doing her share of watering it for us, AGAIN.  As soon as the soil temperature rises and the seed sprouts out of the ground it will be approximately 65 days before our first batch of sweet corn is ready.   We can’t wait to see you pick up some fresh picked homegrown sweet corn in .  Add a little butter, salt, & pepper and……..
