Hot weather has put plant growth into full swing, sweet corn is ripening, and the peppers are setting more fruit. As we head into this week, we are beginning to harvest more and more each day, cucumbers, green beans, cabbage and soon to be sweet corn. It is a sure thing that working in the heat is not always fun, but with plenty of water, the plants thrive and enjoy every hot second of the day.
