Welcome to Pahl Farms CSA 2017!
While this spring and the early weeks of summer have proven to be just as unpredictable or even more so than our previous years, I believe we are off to a great start of another fruitful year. I am writing this first week’s article from the seat of my Farmall 706, being that I just finished planting another round of farm share crops intended for late season harvest. These include kohlrabi, variety color beets and radishes, green onions and a couple other new varieties for 2017. Variety is the name of the game this year, as well as a new harvest event: picking your own sweet corn! We have all been staying busy preparing for this first week of CSA, and we couldn’t be happier than to share it with you!
