Where do we stand now? A great question, one I have been asking myself the past few days. All is well on the farm, crops are progressing nicely and here we are again, the first week of CSA 2019! The pea crop is doing well and truly beautiful, pods are filling out nicely and are delicious and ready to be enjoyed by our wonderful share members! The heavy rains last night were not necessarily needed, but we must take the good with the bad. Despite the unsettled weather, we expect a great harvest this year! As we celebrate our nation’s 243rd birthday this week, I want to wish all of you a wonderful, safe, delicious and happy Fourth of July! Here is to another great year on the farm!
