Harvest Events
Each CSA membership comes with five opportunities to visit the farm for our Harvest Events. These Harvest Events are in addition to your weekly share box, not in replacement of them.
Harvest Events
Harvest Events are exclusively for our CSA members. It is a way for you to connect to “your” farm and an opportunity to ask the farmer questions and learn more about how your food is grown. It also allows us at Pahl’s to get to know the wonderful people that share our harvest!
Patio Pot Planting
Get a head start on your spring planting! Months before the CSA season even starts we have our Moss Basket Days event and we have an exclusive planting option for CSA members only – 12″ patio pots! Shake off the winter blues and join us for Moss Basket Days in March!
Sweet Corn Pick Harvest Event
CSA member corn pick at the corn field on {Date TBD for 2024 season}! This event will give members a glimpse into our corn operation – learn how we pick and pack sweet corn. Members will have access to the fields to pick their own sweet corn – up to 4 dozen!
Snap Pea & Green Bean Pick Harvest Event
It’s clear to us that members LOVE to get out into the fields and experience picking their own vegetables. We will be welcoming members out to the pea field and the green bean field again during the 2024 season! Details, date & time TBD.
Apple Pick Harvest Event
Our partnership with Brand Farms not only offers fresh, free-range eggs but also a CSA member apple pick! Details, date & time TBD.
Pumpkin Pick Harvest Event
Join us for an exciting day at the pumpkin patch! Pahl Farms grows an array of pumpkin varieties from Wee Bee Littles to Big Macs. We have been providing the finest carving pumpkins for over 50 years. Our CSA members can bring their family to our pick your own pumpkin patch located in Lakeville. We will have pumpkins in all sizes for you to choose from!
