Pahl’s Market Warranty and Return Policy
An itemized cash register receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens, Vines, & Shrub Roses
All trees, shrubs, evergreens, vines and shrub roses purchased at Pahl’s Market will be replaced once, at no charge, if it fails to grow under normal growing conditions within one year of the date of purchase. This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed our Planting and Care Guide instructions. No warranty is provided on transplanted material, materials planted in an above-ground container, or replacement plants. Labor to replant at no charge is included only if our crews installed the material initially.

An itemized cash register receipt and the plant material are required for all returns and exchanges. If Pahl’s Market is unable to replace the returned plant with the same plant, then a merchandise voucher will be issued for the original price. No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued. Pahl’s Market reserves the right to inspect the plants in question and to suggest corrective measures prior to any returns or exchanges.

Perennials
Perennials purchased this year are guaranteed for one growing season, which runs through October 31 of that year. Replacement perennials will not carry our warranty. The perennial must be returned to Pahl’s Market at the time of the exchange. If Pahl’s Market is unable to replace the returned perennial with the same perennial, a merchandise voucher will be issued for the original purchase price. No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued on perennial returns. Pahl’s Market will not accept returns on any perennial for reasons other than failure to grow under normal conditions. Pahl’s reserves the right to inspect all plant material and suggest corrective measures prior to any exchanges or replacements.

Annuals & Tropicals
Pahl’s Market does not offer a warranty on annuals or tropical plants. All plants, however, are sold with the assumption of customer satisfaction. If, within 7 days of purchase, any annual or tropical fails to thrive under normal conditions, we will replace your plant for equal value, or issue a merchandise voucher for the original purchase price. After 7 days, we will not offer replacements or credit on annuals or tropicals.

Hardgoods
Hardgoods may be returned to Pahl’s Market up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Credit will be issued in like tender to the original form of payment. Any purchase made by check will be refunded as a merchandise voucher or a refund check will be mailed within 30 days.

Seasonal merchandise purchases are final after the holiday. All clearance sales are final.
