Warranty & Return Policies
An itemized cash register receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. No warranty returns prior to May 15th.
Trees, Shrubs, Evergreens, Vines,
Shrub Roses & Perennials
All trees, shrubs, evergreens, vines, shrub roses and perennials purchased at Pahl’s Market will be replaced once, at no charge, if it fails to grow under normal growing conditions within one year of the date of purchase. This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed our Planting and Care Guide instructions. No warranty is provided on transplanted material, materials planted in an above-ground container, replacement plants, or plants sold at 40% or more off. Labor to replant at no charge is included only if our crews installed the material initially.
An itemized cash register receipt and the plant material are required for all returns and exchanges. If Pahl’s Market is unable to replace the returned plant with the same plant, then store credit will be issued for the original price. No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued. Pahl’s Market reserves the right to inspect the plants in question and to suggest corrective measures prior to any returns or exchanges.
Annuals & Tropicals
Pahl’s Market does not offer a warranty on annuals or tropical plants. All plants, however, are sold with the assumption of customer satisfaction. If, within 7 days of purchase, any annual or tropical fails to thrive under normal conditions, we will replace your plant for equal value, or store credit will be offered for the original purchase price. Pahl’s is not responsible for cold/wind or neglect of care damage and we do not offer warranties before May 15th of that year. After 7 days, we will not offer replacements or credit on annuals or tropicals.
Hardgoods may be returned to Pahl’s Market up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Credit can be issued to the original form of payment. Seasonal merchandise purchases are final after the holiday. All clearance sales are final.
