We’re excited to partner with Faribault-based Forest to Fork, one of the most respected names in the mushroom industry! Each week, CSA members can add fresh, gourmet mushrooms to their box. These mushrooms are grown sustainably and bursting with flavor.

Selections will vary by availability and may include shiitake, oyster, lion’s mane, and unique gourmet blends. Whether you’re adding depth to a pasta dish or a savory kick to your stir-fry, these mushrooms are a healthy, flavorful upgrade to any meal.

Mushroom shares are available for weekly purchase and will be delivered right alongside your regular CSA box. Try it once and you’ll wonder why you didn’t start sooner!
