Christmas Scents

Christmas Trees

The Christmas music is now playing around the greenhouse and the strong fragrance tells me that it is that time of the year again. Up until today it certainly hasn’t seemed like it could be December just yet with the balmy 40-50 degree days but it now feels like it could be here to stay!  All of our Christmas trees and Christmas décor are now in and it is time to come in and spread the holiday cheer.

We have a wide variety of Christmas trees ranging in all different heights starting at table tops that may be 3-4 feet tall, all the way up to 14 foot tall trees. Our most popular tree that we sell is the Fraser Fir, these not only have an extremely strong fragrance but they also have the best needle retention to last you through New Year’s. With  their extremely sturdy branches they are able to hold all your ornaments without wrecking those beautiful presents that you have so neatly wrapped under the tree. Other options include a Balsam fir, Canaan Fir, Douglas Fir, Norway Pine, Scotch Pine, and White Pine. If you are looking for more of a traditional look we also carry Natural Frasers, and Victorian Balsams. These have not been sheered and offer more of a rustic look that gives you the feeling that you simply went out into the woods and cut down a tree on your own.

All of these great options come with a complementary fresh cut, trimming up any unwanted branches, and a netting that will allow you to get it in your front door with minimal needles on the floor to clean up. We also carry designed spruce tip pots, garland, bows, kissing balls, and other winter décor that will turn your house into a winter wonderland. ‘Tis the season to be jolly.
