Am I the only one who can’t believe it is November already? Where did this year go? You may think that we are winding down, but that is not the case. We are switching our gears into the Christmas holiday season. We do not forget Thanksgiving though. We will continue to carry squash and pie pumpkins until Thanksgiving. We also will have some Thanksgiving decor to deck out your dining room.
Our annual Spruce Tip Pot and Kissing Ball workshops will be held on Saturday, November 9th from 10am-4pm, Wednesday, November 13th from 4-7pm, and Saturday, November 16th from 10am-4pm. If you have never participated in this workshop, it is a little bit like our Moss Basket Days. We have plenty of staff on hand to help you create a winter masterpiece. There are refreshments for you to enjoy while you work. The good news is that you get to take your creations home with you! This event continues to grow each year as the word spreads on the fun time we have. So this year, for the first time, we will be heating up the greenhouse and having the workshops in there. We are excited about this change. You will have more elbow room to work on your spruce tip pot or kissing ball. As with Moss Basket Days, we like to take reservations on the half hour. Call us now at 952.431.4345 and sign up today. This can be a girls get together, family fun time, or your own ‘me time’. The cost of the Kissing Ball is $25 (includes $5 worth of decorations). The Spruce Tip Pots start at $25 (includes spruce tips and $10 worth of decorations). We also have price points of $35 (includes tips, mixed greens and decorations), or $45 (includes tips, additional mixed greens and additional decorations). The spruce tips will be placed in soil for you in a beautiful 12″ plastic holiday pot. All you have to do is step up and let your creativity flow.
Our Holiday Open House is on Saturday, November 23rd from 9am-5pm. Santa will be here for photos and to hear Christmas wishes from 10am-2pm. We will have coffee, popcorn, and special holiday treats for all. Our live Christmas trees will be out for you to choose from. There will also be a large selection of fresh wreaths, garland and mixed greens for you to choose from. We also carry a beautiful assortment of poinsettias in various sizes.
November 29th brings a day of sales which we like to call Green Friday at Pahl’s Market. We will be open from 9am-8pm. Pick up garden accessories for your favorite gardener. We carry a sparkling selection of holiday decorations that you will not find anywhere else. So be sure and add Pahl’s Market to your list of must stops!
Santa will be making a return visit before he heads to the North Pole. On December 7th from 10am-2pm Santa will be at Pahl’s Market once more. Bring the kids and make some special reindeer food and fun memories.
