To all you squash lovers here is a hint from the grower….I love acorn, butternut and delicata prepared like this…microwave for 15 minutes…cut in half….flip right side up…cook 5 minutes in mic…take out put a little butter, some brown sugar and sprinkle with swiss and parmesan cheese, mic for another 2 minutes…..now that’s a meal in itself…sometimes I throw some canadian bacon in to satisfy that food group.
