Product Description

Producing small, luscious fruits, Fourth of July is one of the earliest producing varieties you can grow. Be the first on your block with fresh tomatoes! Although early, you can continue to harvest your plant until late summer or early fall. These tomatoes need at least one inch of water per week and prefer six hours or more of direct sun each day.

All trees, shrubs, evergreens, vines, shrub roses and perennials purchased at Pahl’s Market will be replaced once, at no charge, if it fails to grow under normal growing conditions within one year of the date of purchase.  This limited warranty is valid if you are the original purchaser and have followed our Planting and Care Guide instructions.  No warranty is provided on transplanted material, materials planted in an above-ground container, replacement plants, or plants sold at 40% or more off.  Labor to replant at no charge is included only if our crews installed the material initially.

An itemized cash register receipt and the plant material are required for all returns and exchanges.  If Pahl’s Market is unable to replace the returned plant with the same plant, then a merchandise voucher will be issued for the original price.  No cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued.  Pahl’s Market reserves the right to inspect the plants in question and to suggest corrective measures prior to any returns or exchanges.
