Medallion Calathea

Calathea ‘Medallion’ features showy foliage with brightly colored green and silver markings that resemble a medallion. The undersides of the leaves bring bright contrast with their deep burgundy hues. This plant is often called a Prayer Plant. The leaves fold upward at night, giving the impression of praying hands, explaining why it is often inadvertently referred to as a prayer plant.
