This quick and easy recipe is shared with us by Tim and Sara Bartholemew. You will find them working in our Tree and Shrub lot and often in the Perennial house as well.
4 chopped tomatoes
1/8-1/4 cup chopped onion
garlic to taste
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
cracked pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Let rest and add grated parmesan cheese.
3. Serve on cheesy baguette or sliced French bread.
