Air-Fryer Rosemary Garlic Baby Potatoes – BHG

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound multi-colored new potatoes, halved or quartered, if large
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
  2. Working in batches, if necessary, arrange potatoes in a single layer in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  3. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  4. After 10 minutes toss potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
