Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound multi-colored new potatoes, halved or quartered, if large
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions

In a large bowl toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.

Working in batches, if necessary, arrange potatoes in a single layer in air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.

Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

After 10 minutes toss potatoes.

Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
