A Proud Farmer

Jane Pahl will be honored at the 2016 Exceptional Businesswomen Awards on Thursday, March 3rd.  This award recognizes women who impact their communities and professions while working in Dakota County.

This award captures Jane’s professional side and reflects only some of the true attributes that she provides many people.  Jane is one of the most sincere, loving, and caring individuals that I have ever come across in my life.  We met at a wedding 29 years ago, towards the end of the night, and she asked the bride if we could meet.  She asked what I did for a living and Alison (the bride) said that I was a farmer.  “Farmer,” she asked?  “He doesn’t look like a farmer,”   she said.  To make a long story short I said I would call her and I did, but wrong number.  I figured she was just trying to ignore me so I just let it go.  Two months later we came across each other’s path again and I told her she gave me the wrong number and she claimed that I never tried to call her.  We married a year later and it has been bliss ever since!

Since coming into the family business Jane found her niche and has excelled in every aspect.  Her sincerity, unselfishness, and love has helped our family and business be what it is today .  Thanks Jane for being who you are and for being such a great wife!   Happy Valentine’s Day!
