Head Turning Annuals

Timber

Hard to believe we can call this spring with all of this crazy weather that has been going on. I have been moving plants in and out of the greenhouse and have even put some away on an empty trailer. It looks like we might be finally looking a little warmer and it’s time to start thinking of us again. Luckily our greenhouse keeps our plants nice and warm throughout these cold spells. Unfortunately for us it runs up our heat bill which makes my Dad extremely happy!

I am extremely excited for this year, for multiple reasons. First, this year we have been growing roughly a 100 new plants, one being a popcorn plant. If you haven’t heard of it, the plant actually smells like popcorn! It’s little things like adding new plants that I hope you guys can enjoy. Another reason I am excited for you shoppers is that we have changed up some of the layout and added walkways and a new greenhouse door to make your shopping experience even better.  How can you complain while walking around in a protected greenhouse that hopefully has the sun on it! With 100 new plants available, and a new look to our greenhouse, and the same great quality that you know we provide I just can’t see why not come to Pahl’s multiple times this May. With these new plants there will be new and exciting hanging basket combinations that will be sure to spruce up your home. Did I mention that we have beautiful new patio pots that almost look ceramic that should be a show stopper on your side walk/patio, there are hundreds of little pots planted up with succulents, petunia’s, impatiens, pansies, sweet potato vine, coleus that will be a perfect gift for a quick colorful splash center piece.

No need to worry, I know us young bucks always like to change things around and a lot of us our creatures of habit. So, even with all this new stuff around here we still have our staple favorites like geraniums, petunias, zinnia’s, begonias, and lantana.  Hope to see you all soon here at Pahl’s Market!
