November brings change to the market here at Pahl’s. We put up our walls for the winter season and transform the market into a winter wonderland. We carry artificial trees, garland and picks, along with our live trees and greens. We have beautiful ornaments, lights, and decorations for sale. We carry many Christmas picks for your spruce pots and centerpieces. Poinsettias also fill our building with dazzling reds, whites, pinks, and every color you can imagine.
Our greenhouse is filled to the brim with fresh trees. We have Balsam, Fraser Fir, Grand, Noble, Canaan, Blue Spruce, Scotch Pine and White Pines from four feet to fourteen feet tall. Fragrant garlands, wreaths, door sprays, and centerpieces for you to choose from, either decorated or plain can be found. And of course not to be forgotten, you will find Kissing Balls and Spruce Tips in bundles or pots. Curly Willow, Dogwoods of many varieties, Fantail Willow, and more will complete your decorations.
The Spruce Tip Pot and Kissing Ball workshops are fast approaching. Don’t miss out on this fun annual event. We offer three days to accommodate you. November 10th and 17th from 10AM to 4PM, and November 14th from 4-7 PM. Set up a reservation time, bring a friend, young or old, and create your very own custom pot and/or ball. We have plenty of staff on hand to help you if you want any ideas. We carry all of the supplies that you will need. Enjoy refreshments and treats while you submerge yourself in the holiday party. When you head home you will have a beautiful decoration that will last through the holiday season.
Our Holiday Open House is on Saturday, November 17th from 9AM to 5 PM. Santa will be here handing out candy canes to the young and young at heart. We will have treats for all. Santa said that there will also be a special one day sale on select items.
On November 23rd, here at Pahl’s Market, we have a Green Friday Sale. Be sure and add us to your list of places to stop that day to pick up fantastic savings. And no, we won’t be open at 4 AM. But we will be here from 9 AM-8 PM!
With all of this talk of Christmas, we can’t forget Thanksgiving Day. We will have fresh pumpkins in our cooler all month for you to purchase for baking your pies. There is nothing tastier than a pumpkin pie made with fresh pumpkin. And it is so easy to do!
