As many of you know, Pahl’s is proud to grow more then one kind of sweet corn. We are growing more then 12 different varieties this year. The Mirai yellow is one of our personal favorites because when you take that first bite, the taste just pops in your mouth. What is your personal favorite sweet corn variety? This method makes the BEST cooked corn on the cob. Put 3 cobs in the microwave laid out in a triangle pattern. Cook about 9 minutes or until you can smell the husks steaming. Let them rest 10 minutes. Peel off the husk and silk. Serve. The time will vary due to the size of corn, microwave wattage – let your nose be your guide.
