Thanks
Helen Schmidt

Dear Helen,

There are several. Here are just a few:

Trees:

  • Serviceberry
  • Birch
  • Flowering Crab Apple varieties
  • Nannyberry Viburnum

Shrubs:

  • Barberry
  • Dogwood
  • Cotoneaster
  • Burning Bush
  • Sumac
  • Alpine Current
  • Cranberry Viburnum
  • Look for plants that produce seeds or fruits that stay on the plants late in the fall.
