With medium-long 6-8-in. fruit, these zucchinis have a bright golden color and are ready for harvest in less than two months. Plant in full sun, water every couple days (trying to avoid the leaves) and fertilize when fruits begin to form to increase your yield. Zucchini is versatile. You can steam it, boil it, stuff it or bake it. Remember, it can be sliced and frozen if you harvest more than expected.
