News From the Farmer

by | Jul 18, 2017 | CSA Member Updates, News from the Farmer

Saturday sure was a scorcher! Brian and I spent most of the day fueling up and starting irrigators to keep water on the crops that needed it the most. Once again, a labor of love most definitely.

We got through another manic Monday and the harvest plan for this week includes cabbage, beans, some cucumbers and lots of farm share crops – plenty to keep us busy.

We are in need of the rain they are calling for today into tonight, and are hoping its brings only the rain and no severe weather.

Have a muggy but wonderful share week!
