Not only is it my favorite month, but around Pahl’s there is everything a person could ask for. Mums are in full bloom, with an assortment of colors ranging from yellow to red.
I like to refer to August as the limbo month of the garden center world. Everyone is in the midst of summer and flowers have grown into the beautiful full plants. At this point everything kind of sits in limbo and we get the pleasure of watching one season end and another begin taking place in front of our eyes.

This is by far my favorite time of the year, and easily my favorite month! Hunting season is upon up and with the cool mornings it feels great to bundle up. Not only is it my favorite month, but around Pahl’s there is everything a person could ask for.
October is a beautiful month, full of color and great tradition. We see Autumn decorations on many front porches and Halloween décor too. Actually, Halloween is second only to Christmas in decorations.
Fall is literally around the corner and one of my favorite times of the year. The State fair is in full swing, squash is starting to come in from our fields.

The days have grown shorter and the nights longer, but we are still managing to keep busy. This is by far my favorite time of the year and we have plenty to offer in the greenhouse. Clean up is a big part of this time of the year as well.
We still have plenty of hanging baskets, patio tubs, tropicals, and 4.5” transplant pots available! If you haven’t done so already come on in and get your flowerbeds or perennial gardens planted.
