How it Works

Community Supported Agriculture programs allow residents to have direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally. This program will allow members or MN Grown Logosubscribers to become more involved in our farming operation by purchasing shares at the onset of the growing season. In return members receive fresh homegrown produce straight from our fields to your table from mid-June through the end of October, as well as exciting opportunities to visit the farm on special Harvest Event days.

Share Options:
Family Share BoxFamily Share ($775) is a full bushel box of fresh picked homegrown produce once a week for 18 weeks and will feed 5-6 people.  It includes access to all Harvest Events and fantastic bonus items throughout the season!  Pay in full for a Family Share before March 31st to receive a Pahl’s Market gift card.

 

Standard Share BoxStandard Share ($425) is a half bushel box of fresh picked homegrown produce once a week for 18 weeks and will feed 3-4 people.  It includes access to all Harvest Events and fantastic bonus items throughout the season!  Pay in full for a Standard Share before March 31st to receive a Pahl’s Market gift card.

 

Teaser Share

Teaser Share ($325) is a 12 quart box of fresh picked homegrown produce once a week for 18 weeks and will feed 2-3 people.  It includes access to all Harvest Events and fantastic bonus items throughout the season!  Pay in full for a Teaser Share before March 31st to receive a Pahl’s Market gift card.

 

Each box will contain fruits and/or vegetables at peak harvest season for that week.  Each share also comes with delicious Great Harvest Bread Company breads and quality Von Hanson meats once a month!  All share options include weekly share boxes and access to special Harvest Events. Signing Up:
Becoming a member is easy. All that’s required is a signed contract and payment. Click here to sign up online, email pattic@pahls.com to sign up via email, or stop at the customer service desk in the Market and sign up in person. You can also call us anytime at (952) 431-4345.

Payment Options:
We offer a variety of payment options to fit your budget. You can choose to pay in full for either share type and receive a Pahl’s Market gift card or you can pay over either 3 or 5 monthly payments. Membership needs to be paid in full on or before June 10th of each growing season.

*Members that choose the 3 or 5 month payment option pay the initial payment up front and will be automatically charged for the remaining payments via paypal.

Communication:
We will be communicating with all CSA members weekly via email to let them know what to expect in their share boxes, how the crops are doing and what kind of successes and challenges the past week presented. We will post blogs, You Tube videos and Facebook updates with vegetable preparation techniques and fun new recipes to try. We will provide a forum for our members to share ideas and provide us with feedback on their share boxes and experiences. If you receive something in your share box you normally wouldn’t purchase you will have access to ideas on how to enjoy the new treat. Don’t be afraid to try new vegetables!

Pahl’s will have drop off locations in Apple Valley, Bloomington, Blaine, Burnsville, Champlin, Chanhassen, Chaska, Coon Rapids, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Elk River, Lakeville, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, North Oaks, Plymouth, Richfield, Rosemount, Savage, Shakopee, Stillwater, St. Paul and Woodbury. Please designate your pick up location on the CSA contract.
