Welcome to Week Two, we hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th!
We want to take some time early on in the season to go over a some housekeeping details and answer a couple frequently asked questions.
We are experiencing issues with members receiving the wrong share size. Please be sure you are given/taking the correct share size at your pickup location. Your share size is listed in the header of this email and printed on the sign off sheets at each location. The look of the Standard and Teaser size boxes is very similar but they are printed with either Teaser Share or Standard Share on the bottom and sides of the boxes. Please be sure you have the correct share size before leaving your pickup location. Thanks!
Share box pickups start at 1pm at all locations on the specified day, members picking up at a Von Hanson’s location have until 7pm, most Great Harvest Bread locations close at 5pm, Eden Prairie Holiday and Pahl’s Market offer pickups until 8pm. Because we are dealing with ultra-fresh produce we ask that you be sure to pickup your share on the specified day – we do not ask our drop sites to hold the shares overnight after the first week. If you miss a share box pickup give us a call at (952) 431-4345 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ask that members re-use or dispose of the share boxes on their own. Our food safety certification requires we pack in clean, unused containers.
If you know you are going to miss a share pickup, please send someone in your place to pick it up for you. We try to be as flexible as we can so if you have a situation arise and want to know your options, please contact Chris (email@example.com) and we will figure it out! Unclaimed share boxes will be donated.
