This is one of those versatile recipes that can be varied according to what you have on hand. Try using the Hungarian sweet peppers in this week’s share for added flavor and color. This salsa is excellent served as is, with tortilla chips. Or try serving it with grilled chicken or as a topping on fish tacos. Delicious! This recipe was shared by Poonam Bachhav, who blogs on her site, Annapurna. She offers a wide selection of well tested recipes using fresh ingredients. She tells us that many of her recipes are passed down from her mother.
