This recipe is so easy, and it tastes great! Yams are used as the base, and it really does taste like a pumpkin shake.
1/2 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 cooked yam (To cook yam, prick skin in several places and cook in micro-wave oven on high for 8-10 minutes or until tender, turning yam once. Peel and cut into small sections.)
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus enough to sprinkle on top
1. Place ingredients in order listed in a blender.
2. Blend on low at first, gradually increase speed to high, and serve.
