1/2 cup milk of choice (skim, almond, soy, coconut)
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
1 banana, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
1 Tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1. Put the ingredients in a blender in the order above and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
