Freezing & Canning Harvest Event

Enjoy delicious homegrown produce throughout
the winter months!

Please join us Saturday, September 6th for any of the following classes:
 9 am    How to Can Tomatoes
10 am   Freezing Green Beans
11 am    Freezing Sweet Corn

Harvest Event
After the class, purchase your supply of canning tomatoes, green beans or sweet corn to take home and freeze!

Canning Tomatoes – $10 per box (approx. 20lbs)
Green Beans – $20 a bushel
Sweet Corn – $16 per box (4 dozen)

CSA members please RSVP using the link provided in the Share in the Harvest Volume 11 newsletter.

Please note:  This seminar will be held in the greenhouse, which is open to the public.
