The first CSA week of the season is upon us once more and it came around in what seemed like a blink of the eye! On behalf of myself and everyone here at Pahl’s, I would like to welcome you onboard for the 2015 CSA season, a season that I believe will be even better than the last! This year we have 10 acres dedicated solely to the CSA program where we grow a wide variety of crops including broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, radishes, beats and onions just to name a few. These crops are amongst the multitude of our main crops that we have grown for many years including our famous sweet corn, green beans, cucumbers, and squash to name a few. The fields are doing nicely and have a great outlook come harvest time. These warm days and sunshine are all we can ask for to boost plant growth and ensure that we have a bountiful harvest. You will be receiving news from the field from myself on a weekly basis and I will do my absolute best to keep you informed on the happenings in the field and around the farm in general. Once again I would like to thank you and welcome you to the 2015 Pahl Farms CSA Program, and remember, No Stress! No Mess! Just Fresh!
