We are moving at the speed of sound around the farm and the warehouse. Boxes upon boxes of produce are being packed daily, and when I say that I mean thousands of boxes per day. Wagons upon wagons enter the field to be filled up with various crops and leave swiftly only to return again to be filled once more. Peak of vegetable season keeps us on our toes from sun up to sun down and we won’t rest until November when all of the crops have been harvested and all the ground had been worked and prepared for its winter slumber. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle I still have time to reflect and marvel at the beauty that comes from the agriculture industry. It’s fresh as it gets and once again it is on its way to your table. Have a wonderful share week!
