You would never know it by the weather outside, but follow the calendar. We have many transplants already up and growing in the greenhouse and will be ready for the fields starting by the end of April.

The winter naps have come and gone and the time to fire up the greenhouses is here. We plan to be in full swing starting February 12th with the planting crew returning and the heaters going.
