This season seems to be flying by, field after field is finished and it’s off to the next. The season so far has had its ups and downs, much like any other year. Wet weather and all the heat has taken its toll on some crops, while others continue to flourish and produce week after week. It’s hard to believe, but soon enough, summer will come to a close and the fall season will begin with squash and pumpkins making their appearance. It’s a long journey, yet it seems to go so very fast with new and exciting things happening every day. I am looking forward to the crisp and cool fall days, but for now, this heat seems to be sticking around. We remain steadfast and continue to make the best of every day.
